1.What application software does the machine use?Is embroidery software included?

If you are a beginner in embroidery, we recommend that you practice using the built-in designs in the embroidery machine or by acquiring high-quality designs. If you want to embroider your own designs, we provide free embroidery software. You need to use the software to digitize your designs, convert the pattern to DST/DSB format, and then transfer it to your machine via USB. Besides, our machines support the format of DST or DSB, As long as the software meets the DST or DSB format, our embroidery machines support it, so you can also buy Wilcom/Hatch/Embrilliance, and find teaching videos on their official website or channel.

2.If need to pay relevant taxes?

It depends on the country or region. If you need to ship to Europe, the United Kingdom or the United States, you do NOT need to pay taxes. If it is other countries or regions, you need to pay corresponding taxes according to local policies of each country.

3.How many patterns can you make, and can you design your own pattern?

There are 96 modes in our system. You can design your own pattern, just convert the pattern to the design with embroidery software. The embroidery design must be in DST or DSB format, and then import it to the embroidery machine with USB.

4.Can EOC05 embroidery machines embroider letters?

Yes, the 05 embroidery machine can embroider letters, names, carpets and so on. There are 26 letters and 8 fonts in our system.

5.Can embroidery be done on hats/blankets/towels/sheets?

Yes, our machine is suitable for flat embroidery. It can be embroidered on clothes, bags, pockets, blankets, towels, sheets and so on. If it is a hat made of soft material, it is also possible.

6.Can I sew regular seams as well as embroidery?

POOLIN EOC05 can only be used for embroidery. If you have sewing needs, you can also search"sewing machine" in our store.

7.How long is the warranty?

One year, but if there are any problem, there will be online engineers to answer your questions and tell you how to repair it. One to one tutoring. We will establish a group to provide you with free lifetime after-sales service.

8.How many spools can the machine put?

For our 05 single-head machine, one spool can be placed on it. Poolin reminds you that if you want to put multiple spools, you can use it with our "thread stand”in our store.

9.What is the embroidery area of the machine?How big are the two embroidery frames given?

Our embroidery area is up to 100*235mm. Hoop1 size is100*235mm, hoop2 size is 100*100mm. If you buy 05 embroidery machines, you can get two embroidery frames for free.

【Tips】 - The embroidery machine cannot recognize the pictures directly, all the pictures must be designed in the embroidery software and exported in dst/dsb format.
